Receive a quote

We will evaluate your equipment and give an estimate based on real market values considering the conditions specified. Upon accepting our quote, we proceed to the shipping phase.

Ship Your Items to Us for Free

You will be e-mailed a fully insured and prepaid UPS label for your items. Just print the label, put it on your box and ship them to us for free.

You're not able to access UPS? No problem, we can even arrange a UPS pickup at your door.

Arrival Inspection

Once we get your equipment, we will proceed to inspect the items. Our arrival inspection is to confirm the received items and the condition mentioned previously.

Most of the time, our customers are surprisingly accurate with grading their equipment, however, sometimes a major failure or malfunction may be overlooked. In such cases, we will immediately notify you with our findings and offer you a new quote when possible. If you're not satisfied with the new quote, we can return your equipment at our cost anytime.

Payment

Upon your approval, your payment will be sent immediately. We pay via Check, Paypal, Moneybookers and Bank wire transfer, whichever suits you.
